Location

The privacy and tranquil atmosphere of the location are enhanced because the villa is only a ten-minute drive from the main town of Port Elizabeth and the island’s best swimming beaches.

Indoors

This beautifully decorated villa has every detail considered, from the bespoke handmade kitchen and four-poster beds to the high-quality furnishings and finish. The bespoke handmade kitchen is equipped for even the most discerning chef. The sizeable American-style fridge freezer has chilled water and an ice dispenser. In addition, there is an integrated dishwasher. The living area is an informal open planned space combining the modern high-spec kitchen and comfortable lounge, leading onto the outside dining room, which overlooks the pool and sun terrace. The overall feel is of a warm, stylish and inviting environment.

Outdoors

Tamarind is a contemporary Caribbean Villa in a private location and within beautiful mature tropical gardens. The outside dining room overlooks the swimming pool and seats up to eight guests. This unique space gives you authentic Al Fresco dining coupled with stunning views. The pool and garden become part of the living space when the French doors are open.

Sleeping

Two large bedrooms are situated on either side of a spacious, open-plan living area, offering en-suite bathrooms and dressing areas in each. Bedroom one has a Super King bed, which can be converted into two single beds. Bedroom two has a bespoke English King four-poster bed. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets and luxury linens. The rooms are both furnished with contemporary mango hardwood furniture. The en-suite bathrooms feature large showers and spacious dressing areas, complete with full-length mirrors. White towels are plentiful, with colourful towels for the pool and beach. A baby cot is available on request.

Staff

Complimentary transfers from the ferry or airport are included in the rate. The housekeeper will provide discrete, non-obtrusive housekeeping service twice weekly or more if required. Laundry service is available. A personal chef service is available at an additional charge. Tamarind Villa is an established rental property with many returning clients.
