The Old Fort

The large renovated buildings have been completely rebuilt, using the same stone once part of the original property & forming the centre of an incredible 28-acre estate. The villa was constructed with cobblestones and wood beams in the classic French-Mediterranean mansion-house style.

Five uniquely styled suites comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Within the main building lies a large banquet-style kitchen with a magnificent dining room area that turns into a magical setting at night. It includes a lounge with a fireplace and large screen TV with a soundbar. Enjoy a home-style BBQ using the charcoal grill while surrounded by the Estate’s stunning views and lush surroundings. Fibre optic cable ensures that the wifi is quick and reliable, making it easy for guests to stream their favourite shows, work remotely, or stay connected with friends and family.

Sugar Mill House

Sugar Mill House is a true gem in the heart of the Estate, providing guests with a unique blend of comfort, style, and history. So whether you’re looking to relax and unwind or explore the Estate’s rich history, Sugar Mill House is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Guests can totally relax in the spacious, beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized four-poster bed. The primary suite is air-conditioned and designed for ultimate comfort, with a sitting area, hardwood vanities and stunning marble and glass sinks. The en-suite bathrooms have generous pebble showers, including a unique circular open-air design in one bedroom, offering a spa-like atmosphere while maintaining complete privacy. The second bedroom does not have air conditioning.

Eco Estate

Both villas on the Old Fort Estate boast open-air designs, embracing the natural surroundings and eliminating the carbon footprint with the use of solar panels. Three of the bedrooms in the Old Fort are air-conditioned, the remaining bedrooms have natural ventilation and ceiling fans.
