Location

The villa is ideally situated on a stunning cliff-top plot, providing breathtaking views of the picturesque Princess Margaret Beach and Admiralty Bay. The Villa

King House was built on an old fishing cottage and featured a contemporary and unique design spread over three levels. The villa’s magnificent pool is one of the most beautiful in Grenadines. It includes a cascading waterfall from a smaller plunge pool on the primary suite balcony. The main building includes a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a laundry room, a guest cloakroom and a shower room. The villa’s decor features an open-plan, luxurious design with polished hardwood floors and comfortable sofas, providing direct access to the gazebo and BBQ area.

Sleeping

The primary suite, located upstairs, offers breathtaking views and features its private plunge pool for a secluded retreat. On the lower level, a spacious guest bedroom boasts a super king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the main swimming pool. A third bedroom, set in a separate pavilion just off the living area, includes a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace, offering a tranquil escape. In a separate wing near the entrance, two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, share a beautifully designed central bathroom, making it an ideal space for additional guests or family members. All three main bedrooms enjoy exquisite ocean views and are complemented by luxurious ensuite bathrooms, complete with a pebble-finished bathtub, a double vanity, and elegant natural stone floors.

Outdoors

The villa’s impressive outdoor space features a covered gazebo that comfortably seats up to 16 guests and a private bar for poolside cocktails. The magnificent outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, wine cooler, and dishwasher. This villa exudes quality and sophistication and is perfectly designed for outside living and entertaining. Guests can witness the infamous “green flash” sunsets directly in front of the property, followed by sitting around a fire pit below the pool to relax and stargaze.

Staff

King House is looked after by a small team of staff who provide daily maid service, pool and garden maintenance. Breakfast preparation and laundry service can also be provided for a small additional cost; provisioning is at the cost of the guest. The staff ensures all guests have a comfortable and luxurious experience.
