Location

The villa is in a desirable location, within walking distance of the main town of Port Elizabeth, the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway, and the famous white-sand beaches across the bay. There is even a lovely local beach within a few minutes walk of the property.

The Villa

The property’s layout has a lovely flow through the generous kitchen and indoor living space. The well-equipped kitchen has wooden countertops, a US-style fridge and plenty of room for entertaining; the TV has Amazon Internet TV and Netflix. Enjoy the sublime harbour views through the louvred windows, and the tiled floors and high ceilings keep the temperature cool. In addition, the constant trade winds flow through the property, offering welcome relief from the Caribbean sun.

Sleeping

Four ensuite bedrooms open out onto outside spaces. The two upper bedrooms have their own balcony space with beautiful views for a quiet morning coffee or sunset drink. The two lower bedrooms open onto the pool deck area, allowing instant access for a refreshing dip or sunbathing. There are two king-sized beds and one queen bed, and the fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed to accommodate families.

Outdoors

There are shaded wooden decking areas around the freeform-style pool area where guests can cool off while enjoying watching the boats in the harbour below. The shaded cool verandahs are the perfect place to lounge, dine, sip a cocktail or take some quiet reading time, all with the backdrop of the harbour.

Staff

Twice weekly maid service and complimentary airport and ferry pick-up are included.
