Descending to the lower level, the property offers “The Great Room,” combining a comfortable lounge/diner with a fully-equipped kitchen with terraces overlooking the sea and two further bedrooms with a shared family bathroom, separate WC and kitchen.

The Location

Situated between the captivating vistas of Spring Bay on your right and Industry on your left, the villa offers unparalleled views of the distant islands of Balliceaux and Battawa. While it promises seclusion within its 2-acre tropical gardens, it remains conveniently accessible. The renowned Firefly luxury boutique hotel, celebrated for its mini golf course and refined dining, is within walking distance. The bustling centre of Port Elizabeth is a mere 30-minute stroll, or a brief 10-minute cab ride away. Although car rental is recommended and can be arranged, preferred taxi services are readily available for your ease.

The Bedrooms

The villa boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms. There are two elegant bedrooms on the upper level, each furnished with king beds. These rooms are fully air-conditioned, fitted with ceiling fans, and have ensuites and outdoor terraces. The first bedroom offers a picturesque view overlooking the infinity pool and the sea beyond. The second bedroom, known as the “Garden Room,” is spacious and opens to a terrace with a charming tropical garden. On the lower level, two more air-conditioned bedrooms can be found, one with a king-sized bed and the second with a super-king bed. These rooms are close to the sea, with one directly facing the infinity pool. They share a spacious family-sized bathroom and are both equipped with both ceiling fans. For the comfort of guests, all bedrooms are furnished with mosquito nets.

Outdoors

Living up to its name, Crown Point House is graced with a wrap-around terrace, capturing the mesmerising sounds of the sea and offering unmatched views, making it an ideal haven for relaxation or meditation. The jewel in the villa’s outdoor features is the infinity plunge pool, situated ideally between the two structures. Guests can also relish the BBQ and al fresco dining area, lounge on the sunbeds, refresh in the outdoor shower, or immerse in the splendour of the expansive tropical gardens.
