From the multi-levelled terraces, guests can marvel at the mature coconut palms swaying in the gentle breeze while the expansive beach invites them to soak up the sun. In addition, this impressive villa boasts not one but two swimming pools – a lap pool on the upper level and a plunge pool on the lower level – ensuring that guests can take a refreshing dip whenever they feel like it. This luxurious villa is part of a 4.5-acre estate that also houses a sister property, Crescent Beach Villa, which is tucked away in a secluded plot just below. Large groups of up to 12 have the option to rent the entire Crescent Estate exclusively.

The Villa

With a focus on attention to detail, Crescent Beach House has undergone extensive renovation, resulting in a striking and exquisite interior. The villa features polished wood floors and a “Mustique-inspired” design, with modern amenities such as a SONOS music system, TV, WIFI, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and guests can request a personal cook.

Location

Despite its peaceful and secluded location, Crescent Beach House is just a short drive away from the amenities, bars, and restaurants of Port Elizabeth and the Belmont Walkway. For those who prefer a stroll, the sweeping arc of Crescent Beach is a few minutes walk away. Guests can also visit the Sugar Reef restaurant and the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary, conveniently located nearby.

Sleeping

The upper-level villa houses a primary bedroom suite with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. This suite overlooks the pool, terraces, and Crescent Bay. On the lower level are two identical bedrooms with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have exterior access, wardrobes, and French doors.

Outdoors

There are plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings, with shaded and sun-drenched terraces to choose from. Some terraces are oceanfront, while others are in the poolside courtyard at the centre of the property. Guests can dine alfresco in one of two dining and entertaining areas, enjoying fresh lobster or sipping sunset cocktails by the pool. The tropical gardens surrounding the villa also offer fresh fruit for a blissful breakfast.

Staff

House managers live within the 4.5-acre plot and can be called upon to assist guests for added peace of mind. In addition, maid service is included every third day, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their stay to the fullest.
