Location

The villas offer peace & seclusion yet remain less than a 10-minute drive from Port Elizabeth’s amenities, bars & restaurants & the Belmont Walkway. In addition, the sweeping arc of Crescent Beach is just a few minutes walk away, and the villa is also closely located to the Sugar Reef restaurant and the Old Hegg Turtle Sanctuary.

The Villas

The luxurious finish includes polished wood floors, a “Mustique inspired” design, and modern amenities such as a SONOS music system, TV, WIFI, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and a personal cook can be arranged upon request.

Sleeping

These spacious properties comfortably accommodate 12 guests; there are six en-suite bedrooms – two with super kingsize beds & feature an outdoor shower; 2 with queen-sized bed,s and the third bedroom in each villa feature twin beds.

Outdoors

The stand-out feature of the villa is the stunning infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean and the idyllic Grenadine islands of Ballicieaux & Battowia. It is surrounded on three sides by decking featuring stylish hardwood lounging chairs. There is a shaded gazebo at the poolside & a second covered Gazebo & BBQ area overlooks the ocean and is ideal for a relaxed sunset cocktail. Take your pick from two alfresco dining and entertaining areas. Eat fresh lobster under the moonlit sky, sip on a sunset cocktail by the pool or eat fresh fruit for breakfast taken from the tropical gardens surrounding the villa – pure bliss!

Staff

For peace of mind, house managers live within the 4.5-acre plot and can be called upon to ensure your enjoyment of this beautiful villa; maid service is provided every 3rd day.
