The Location
Perched above the serene area of Crown Point, the villa offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Spring Bay, and the nearby islands of Battowia and Balliceaux. This elevated location ensures a gentle breeze and a real sense of seclusion, yet the villa remains conveniently close to Bequia’s beaches, shops, and restaurants. Guests can enjoy quiet mornings watching the sun rise over the ocean or take short trips to explore the island’s scenic coves and waterfront dining spots. The position of the villa strikes the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility.
The Bedrooms
Balliceaux House can comfortably accommodate up to six guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, the primary bedroom is a larger space with very spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs, so very private and has a beautiful outdoor shower surrounded in a handmade bamboo structure—a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh air while maintaining complete privacy. All rooms are simply but beautifully decorated, with light tones and soft fabrics that enhance the calm, island feel. Each en-suite bathroom is stocked with Archipelago products, adding a refined touch to your daily routine.
Indoors
The interior of the villa is open and inviting, with plenty of space for relaxing, dining, and socialising. Large picture windows bring in the ocean views and natural light, while the high ceilings and cooling breezes help keep the space comfortable throughout the day. The main living area includes a relaxed lounge, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home. For those who prefer not to cook, chef-prepared West Indian dinners can be arranged at an extra cost. The villa also includes modern conveniences such as high-speed wireless internet, cable television, free international phone calls, and an alarm system for added security. Housekeeping is provided three times a week to keep the space clean and welcoming throughout your stay.
