Limetree Cottage is a two-room cottage designed for comfort, privacy, and ease of living. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a kitchen corner, and a small sitting area, creating a relaxed, self-contained space. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and is ideal for a single adult or for couples who prefer separate sleeping arrangements.

Both bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom accessed independently through sliding doors to ensure complete privacy. The king bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, allowing fresh breezes and seamless indoor–outdoor living.

Prime Lower Bay Location

Situated just above Lower Bay, the cottage enjoys one of Bequia’s most desirable settings. Guests are a short walk from the beach—around five to seven minutes—though the hill is steep. Steps are available both up and down, offering an alternative route. From the cottage, you’re close to beach restaurants, cafés, and small provisioning shops, while still being tucked away in a peaceful hillside environment.

Comfortable, Air-Conditioned Bedrooms

Inside, the main room features a king-size four-poster bed with mosquito netting, air conditioning, and a large ceiling fan for constant comfort. This space also incorporates an open-plan kitchen and small seating area, creating a relaxed, functional layout ideal for island living.

Shared Bathroom with Independent Access

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and WC, with hot and cold water throughout. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after the pool or beach.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, four hotplates, toaster, blender, kettle, and French press. Local rental cars are typically small five-seater, four-wheel-drive jeeps, and they access the property without any difficulty. The walk to and from Lower Bay Beach takes approximately five to seven minutes.
