Established on Bequia in 2005, we’re the island’s most experienced boutique specialists in property sales and villa rentals. What began as a family project at the historic Old Fort has grown into a trusted agency guided by honesty, care, and genuine hospitality. Quirin
Founder - Head of Sales

Quirin has been based on Bequia for over 40 years, watching his parents restore the island’s historic Old Fort Estate and learning every trick of the trade-from building walls to building relationships.

After honing his hospitality skills in Europe’s finest hotels and earning a Marketing & Hospitality degree in London, he returned home and, in 2005, became director of the Old Fort.

Since then, he’s been helping clients from around the world find their perfect Caribbean property-always with honesty, good humour, and a deep understanding of island life.

Rentals Manager

Jill began her rental career in Rome in the early 2000s, turning private homes into welcoming holiday retreats when villa rentals were still something new.

She went on to manage exclusive properties across Europe before bringing her expertise to the Grenadines, where she continues the same personal, relationship-focused approach.

Every villa she represents is chosen with care, and every guest is treated with warmth and attention-so each stay feels less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into the island community.

At risk of understatement our party were high maintenance with unusual needs and complex requirements. Jill and her incredible team, both in her office and in the villa, sailed through the entire 6 weeks with aplomb and most importantly good humour.
