The deposit and the final balance are both non-refundable.
Should you need to cancel your booking, it may be possible to transfer the dates of your booking, however, this is not guaranteed.
Travel insurance can be purchased to protect your party from any unforeseen circumstances.
The booking is fully secured once Real Grenadines has received the deposit.
In the event that the Client cancels a confirmed booking, Real Grenadines shall, at its sole discretion, issue either:
(i) a cancellation certificate for the purpose of enabling the Client to submit a claim under the Client’s travel insurance policy – or
(ii) an offer to transfer the booking to alternative dates.
Where the revised dates fall within a higher price category or where an annual rate increase has occurred, the Client shall be liable for payment of the difference in price.
Where the revised dates fall within a lower price category, a credit note for the difference shall be issued to the Client, such credit being valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of issue.
For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds shall be made under any circumstances.
