The Location

The Bedrooms

Indulge in unparalleled comfort and tranquillity within our villa’s elegantly appointed bedrooms. With eight bedrooms spread across the main house and guest cottage, our villa accommodates up to 16 guests in a luxurious style. From opulent master suites to cosy twin rooms, each bedroom boasts tasteful decor, plush bedding, and private balconies or terraces with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The top floor features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, including a majestic master suite with a king-size bed, private balcony, and two lavish en-suite bathrooms—one with a Jacuzzi bathtub for indulgent relaxation. The Blue Room offers sweeping sea views from its terrace, while the Moroccan Room overlooks an olive grove and mountains.

On the ground floor, guests will find spacious living areas perfect for relaxation and entertainment. A sun-drenched sitting room with a decorative fireplace invites guests to unwind, while a study/library provides a quiet retreat for reading or playing the grand piano. The dining room, with seating for 12, offers access to outdoor terraces for al fresco dining with mesmerizing sea views. The large, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, with panoramic vistas of the pool and surrounding landscape.

The lower ground floor boasts the Gounalakis and Marinos suites, each offering comfortable accommodations and access to covered terraces. A TV and games room entertains guests of all ages while French doors lead to the inviting pool area.

Opt for the Full Staff package  (included when the entire villa is rented),  to enjoy the services of a chef and wait staff for three meals a day, or select the Standard Staff package for daily maid service, gardening, and oversight from our house manager. Pool heating is available at cost for Standard Staff services and included in the Full Staff package. The published rates are Standard Staff Package rates.
