A living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and approximately 880 square feet of vaulted ceiling rooms, all with fans and screened louvred shutters, provide guests with the authentic feel of the tropics. In addition, the property features a gym, a plunge pool (shared between both apartments), a washing machine, and an extensive sunbathing area for guests’ enjoyment.

Sleeping

The apartment has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a 4-poster king-sized bed and two sets of patio doors that open directly from the bedroom onto the spacious terrace.
Outdoors
This upper-level apartment has a private terrace to the front & rear. There is direct plunge pool access, Admiralty Bay, and Caribbean Sea views. The villa is set on a generous plot, containing tropical gardens with palms and fruit trees, and there is a large gated driveway offering security and parking for several vehicles. And a private outside terrace for al fresco lounging and dining. A complimentary bottle of wine, tea & coffee, toiletries, wifi, hairdryers, and cable TV are also provided for guests’ comfort & enjoyment.
